1) Sip chamomile tea or black tea. When you drink four cups of black tea a day, each one can actually lower your bodys level of cortisol, the stress hormone, within an hour, says a study published in the journal Psychopharmacology.
2) Add dried Valerian root to a warm bath.
3) Buy a sachet of lavender or apply lavender oil to pulse points it has a calming effect and may increase mental clarity.
