Banish Nighttime Bathroom Breaks
Find that you're always getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night? "Try not to drink any liquids within two hours of bedtime," advises Anne Remmes, M.D. "If you follow this rule and still wake up during the night, you may have a weak bladder or a sleep disorder, and either case should be evaluated by a doctor."
