Foot Tiredness: Natural Treatment
Mix together 1/4 cup of Epsom salts, 3 Tbsp massage oil (or almond or safflower oil), and 1 Tbsp dried lavender or rosemary in a small bowl. Gently rub the mixture onto feet in a circular motion. Run warm water into tub and soak feet for 10 minutes. Then pat feet dry with a soft towel and apply moisturizer.
