1. Find a messy room in the house, whether it’s your bedroom strewn with clothes on the floor or a playroom littered with toys.

2. Place a laundry basket in the center of the room.

3. Get down on all fours, keeping your back flat and horizontal.

4. Tighten your abs and crawl around the room, grabbing items, then crawl over to place them into the basket.
