If you have fine hair, the best shape for you is a blunt cut on the ends. This will create an illusion of thickness. And use a volumizing mousse — such as Suave Professionals Volumizing Foam, $2, drugstores — but only apply it on the roots. Putting product on the ends tends to weigh hair down, making it look stringier.
