Best food to fill you up:
“If I’m really hungry, I load up on greens. I buy salad in a bag, and add some balsamic vinegar and maybe a dash of olive oil.”

Best cure for a sweet tooth:
“Sugar-free Popsicles only have about 15 calories each. I can have a few and kill the craving for dessert.”

Best afternoon pick-me-up:
“I always keep almonds on hand. They are a good source of protein (which I’m always trying to get more of) and a way to beat the afternoon blahs.”

Best low-cal dinner options:
“Here is the recipe I use for dinner most nights: Grab a frozen dinner out of the freezer and pop it in the microwave,” jokes Debby. “But you’ve always got to read the labels to make sure they are low-calorie. I try to keep my entrée between 250 and 300 calories, then I add fruit and a small mixed-green salad.”
