    During her diet, Shira learned that some foods actually cause her to overeat. "I quit drinking Diet Coke," she says. "The caffeine and sweetner spiked my blood sugar and left me feeling hungrier—prompting me to head for junk."

    Shira eats a Kozy Shack No Sugar Added Rice Pudding with a handful of dried cranberries daily. "It's easier to say no to other desserts when I know I've got that pudding to look forward to every afternoon," she says.
