"I grew up rewarding myself with food," says Jeanne Onken, who as an adult ditched 90 lbs., "so I've decided not to fight that but to incorporate it into my new healthy way of eating. At work, I bring in mini meals that I can enjoy every two hours or so, whenever I finish a project. Ill cut up an apple and dip it in peanut butter or make a trail mix of raisins and sunflower seeds."
