Beat Arm Jiggle!

Sculpting your arms can improve your summer sleeveless look! To tone the underside of your arms, try these four moves from Reebok master trainer Heather Rider. Do them two or three times a week on alternating days (to rest muscles). Start with the recommended number of reps for each move, but if the last one is as easy to do as the first you should increase the weight or slow down the movement.
