Beyoncé: She’ll never give up her doughnuts! When actress and pop star Beyoncé needed to drop 20 lbs. for her role in the movie Dreamgirls, she went on a drastic maple syrup-based liquid diet to help her shed fat fast. “I wouldn’t recommend it if someone wasn’t doing a movie,” she has noted, “because there are other ways to lose weight healthfully.”

But once the filming was done, the 25-year-old went back to noshing on a range of foods, including her favorites, like doughnuts. In fact, she’s one A-lister who prefers not to look like a stick figure: “I’m very conscious of being a curvy woman, and I’m very happy that I am.”

Drew Barrymore: She exercises to eat whatever she wants! Drew Barrymore’s weight has always fluctuated. But she lost more than 20 lbs. in 2004 without dieting and has managed to keep it off ever since.

How? Regular exercise: She runs five miles, three times a week. Drew, 31, looks better than ever now that she has quit the strict eating plans she turned to in the past: “I was a full vegetarian living on carbs. Now I eat more protein.” She finds working out is easier than depriving herself. “I’m the worst dieter,” Drew has admitted. “I eat whatever I want!”
