It encourages me to keep working hard to achieve my goals regardless of what others say or think, and it inspires me to constantly strive to be a great spirit. I know a few mediocre minds who have chosen to be that way and see others' success as something that was given to them, or they attribute it to luck instead of a lot of blood, sweat, tears and determination. This particular quote has always inspired me when others cause me to doubt my abilities or question my strengths, and has always served as a great comfort to know that I'm not alone in wanting to challenge myself."
