I insist on having a fantastic day every day
"When I was a child and in a very bad mood, my daddy (who has since passed) took me in the bathroom and told me to look in the mirror and tell myself "I insist on having not a good but a fantastic day and no one will take that away!" I have since repeated these words to myself every day since. And yes, I have a fantastic day every day."
