This poster, bearing a foreign coat of arms, has been in my husbands family for more than 80 years. Is it anything of significance?

When World War I began, a Polish national state did not exist; Germans and Russians occupied the region, and Polish forces fighting for the Allies began to push for the creation of an independent Polish nation. Although there are several Internet sites offering free translations of Polish to English, the translations can be confusing. Based on what I can glean, your broadside is a propaganda piece for a free and independent Poland, objecting to the criminal invasion of Polish territory by the Austrian and German armies in 1915 to 1916. Alas, the foreign nature of your piece limits its appeal, so consider selling in a region with a large Polish-American population. Also, it appears this work has a major water stain in the lower left corner, which strongly affects its value. Id put its worth at $35 to $45.
