I picked up this woven basket at a church rummage sale for $5. It is marked on the bottom: “Longaberger Baskets/Handwoven/Dresden, Ohio USA/BAM/2000.” What is its value?

Longaberger Baskets, headquartered in Ohio, manufactures handmade baskets that are initialed and dated by the weaver. The baskets enjoyed a period of phenomenal growth in the 1990s. Now the secondary market is flooded with them; most sell below or near initial retail. You own a desktop basket. However, you do not own a complete unit, which consists of the basket, a cloth liner and a plastic protector. Two complete desktop basket units sold recently on eBay for $50 and $57. Your basket could be worth between $15 and $20.
