To sock it to grass, which is a protein stain, you'll need to pick up an enzyme cleaner like Biz, Wisk or Era. (Note: These products should never be used on protein fibers, such as wool or silk.) Here's how to attack the stain: Add a little water to the enzyme cleaner to make a paste, apply the mixture to the stain and let it sit in the sun for about 30 minutes. Next, flush the spot with an eyedropper filled with white vinegar. Finally, wash your jeans as usual.
