Sam's Graham Cracker Thingees
Wonderful graham cracker cookies
DIRECTIONS
- Put butter, margarine and sugar in large pot on low heat. Allow to met slowly, stirring occasionally.
- Line 2 cookie sheets with aluminum. Break graham crackers into 2 pieces and place on sheet, pressed closely together.
- When butter/sugar mixture is completely melted: Pour by spoonfuls onto graham crackers, smoothing out with the spoon. Be sure to cover every cracker completely and let mixture go over the sides of each graham cracker.
- Place cookie sheets in preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes, until brown and bubbly.
- Let cool completely and peel from aluminum foil. Place in airtight container to keep fresh and crunchy.
