Chocolate Malted Cookies

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line two baking sheets with aluminum foil or parchment. In small bowl, whisk together first three ingredients; set aside. In large bowl with electric mixer, beat next five ingredients for 2 minutes until smooth; beat in egg. Add flour mixture, beating until thoroughly combined. Stir in chocolate chunks and chips.
- Scoop batter by heaping tablespoons; roll into 2-inch balls. Place 3 inches apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, until golden brown, reversing baking sheets halfway through. Cool 2 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
