Quick Cobb Salad

INGREDIENTS conv. chart U.S. Metric

4 strip(s) bacon
1 bag(s) salad greens
3 (chopped, cooked) chicken breasts, use leftovers, pregrilled packaged chicken, or 3 cans of chunk chicken breast, drained
2 or 3 (chopped) tomatoes
2 small (chopped) avocados
salad dressing, try Marie’s Lite Chunky Blue Cheese
(crusty) whole-grain bread

DIRECTIONS

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over high heat until crisp; drain on paper towels. When cool enough to handle, crumble bacon.
  2. Empty a bag of salad greens into a large bowl; top with chicken, tomatoes and avocados. Toss with salad dressing to taste and top with crumbled bacon. Serve with a crusty whole-grain bread.
