Corn on the Cob With Molasses Butter

A sweet take on an old favorite

INGREDIENTS conv. chart U.S. Metric

2 tablespoon(s) butter, softened
1 teaspoon(s) (mild) molasses
1 tablespoon(s) (chopped) fresh cilantro
.5 teaspoon(s) salt
1 pinch(s) cayenne pepper
8 ear(s) corns, husk and silk removed

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat grill. In a small bowl, stir butter, molasses, cilantro, salt and cayenne pepper with a fork until well combined.
  2. Place corn on hot grill rack over medium-high heat. Cover grill and cook corn, turning frequently, until brown in spots, 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer corn to platter; spread each ear with molasses butter.
