Ingredients

  • 2  (boneless) chicken breasts, about 3 oz. each
  • 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • .5 teaspoon(s) thyme
  • .25 teaspoon(s) (dried ) rosemary
  • .25 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • teaspoon(s) salt

Directions

  1. Heat either grill or broiler to medium-high. Coat grill or broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  2. Stir olive oil and spices together in a small bowl to make a paste. Rub on both sides of chicken. Cover with plastic wrap, and then marinate, refrigerated, for 30 minutes (optional).
  3. Grill chicken for 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until the inside is no longer pink. Discard any leftover marinade.
