Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) cod fillets
  • 1 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) (minced) yellow onion
  • .25 cup(s) (grated) Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; mist lightly with cooking spray. Pat fish fillets dry with a paper towel and arrange on baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, combine next four ingredients; spread evenly over fish. Sprinkle fish with grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake on rack in upper third of oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until browned and fish flakes easily with a fork.
