  • 1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 2 teaspoon(s) (ground ) coriander
  • .5 teaspoon(s) (crushed) red pepper
  • 1 pound(s) (ground) pork
  • 2 tablespoon(s) (minced) fresh ginger
  • 1  (minced) garlic clove
  • 1  (sliced) onion
  • 2 cup(s) coleslaw mix
  • 4  tortillas

Directions

  1. In bowl, stir together olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, ground coriander and red pepper; set aside.
  2. Heat nonstick skillet over high heat. Add ground pork; cook, crumbling meat and stirring, for about 3 to 4 minutes. Add ginger, garlic, onion and coleslaw mix; cook with pork for 2 minutes, until vegetables are wilted. Stir in reserved sauce and mix well.
