Among the more absurd items to remain unsold on eBay are belly-button lint, an "invisible ball of air" and a tissue that Paul McCartney blew his nose into. While eBay doesn't keep stats on what kinds of items are unsellable, it does know which ones are getting "burned out." They include Cabbage Patch dolls, toys from the 1990s, post-1980 sports cards, vinyl records and Franklin Mint commemorative medallions. What it doesn't sell: alcohol, lock-picking devices, credit cards, lottery tickets, body parts and human souls (really!).
